Savanna Wilson: Breathe deeply and appreciate the moment! I adopted these six words from the amazing company lululemon athletica. There have been so many occurances throughout my life where I have taken advantage of the special moments. Yoga and cooking have been two avenues that have made me appreciate what I have been blessed with, and have opened my heart to this amazing universe. Along my journey I have been faced with extreme hardships and moments of true joy and compassion. I am a vegetarian because it is the only thing that makes sense to me and my body adapts well to the practice. I am passionate about yoga because it leads the way to personal growth and allows me to give willingly to others.
